Quality and Prestige

In order to guarantee the quality of the services provided, the processes of ProCórdoba Agency have been certified under IRAM ISO 9001 and IQNET (The International Certification Network). Besides, the Agency was honored with the Premio Fundación Export-Ar (Fundación Export-Ar Award) for its Support Services for Export Processes, both in 2007 and in 2011.

In addition, the Agency is a founding member of the International Network for Regional Trade Promotion Organisations (RTPO), which it presided during 2009.

Scope of the Management System

PROCÓRDOBA AGENCY has set up a management system which covers: the provision of technical assessment services regarding foreign trade, and the design, development and execution of both outward and inward trade missions, as well as foreign trade events seeking to promote the trade activities and internationalization of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs).

Mission of ProCórdoba  Agency       

- To promote the Export Offer of the Province, prioritizing its diversification and greater added value.

- To facilitate the process of internationalization of businesses, particularly small- and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs).

- To strengthen the export culture of the province.


ProCórdoba is the public-private agency capable of offering the best and most innovative specialized tools and services to help companies, SMEs in particular, access foreign markets, attaining a sustainable export activity in Córdoba Province.

The strategies that contribute to realizing ProCórdoba Agency’s 2017-2019 vision are the following:

 In accordance with its Mission and Vision, ProCórdoba Agency undertakes to:

• Satisfy all client and interested party requirements and regularly measure satisfaction achievement levels.

• Investigate and understand client and interested party needs in order to be ahead of and duly satisfy expectations.

• Permanently enhance our staff competencies, material resources and Quality Management System, in order to ensure compliance with client requirements and exceed expectations to the greatest possible extent, while maintaining an appropriate balance between all interested parties.

• Ensure a Management System is permanently active and up-to-date, as well as in compliance with ISO Standard 9001, currently in force.

• Develop a quality culture which is shared by all the members of ProCórdoba Agency and its main interested parties.
