Technical and logistical support

It includes the development of all aspects related to the strategy of the trip, profile definition and ideal itinerary, hiring or suggestion of the intervener travel agent, flight routes, accommodation and transfers.

The working dynamics for this mission will consist of meetings with preset agendas, for those companies that integrate delegation. Therefore, and in accordance with this scheme, participating companies of Córdoba must _ attend meetings that are confirmed in their agendas, moving to the headquarters or office of the company in the destination city of the activity takes place.

Economic Support for the Event

ProCórdoba Agency will assist participating companies of Córdoba through a refund of up $9,745 (nine thousand seven hundred forty-five pesos) after the end of the event.

Prerequisites to integrate the Delegation:

* To belong to the specified production sectors. In this mission, the profiles of the companies from Córdoba interested in participating will be previously assessed to establish the relevance of of inclusion in the activity, taking into account the possibilities relieved regarding such productive

* To be registered or start the registration process in the Directory of Exportable ProCórdoba SEM Agency www.exportadoresdecordoba.com

* To have personal documents under conditions to make a trip outside the country and take into account the conditions of entry and stay in the destination country.

* To formalize the registration process, established in the Programme of Assistance (both documents are attached at the end of this note).

The delegation will settle for the first six (6) companies whose profiles is considered relevant for the delegation and

COMPLETE ALL STEPS OF ENTRY PROCEDURE according to deadline.

Remarks: commercial information and health information (mandatory requirements) of the target market is included. We invite interested parties to read both documents for better understanding, if the activity is of interest.

* ProCórdoba S.E.M. Agency is not responsible for any drop in schedules to occur prior to the completion of a Trade Mission, as well as if there is no counterpart in a Business Round. Therefore, the participating company is responsible for any expenditure incurred to attend an event and the Agency commits to only attend it through the stipulated program of refund in case the trip is made.
