Multisectoral to Montevideo, Uruguay

 

ProCórdoba Agency reports that registrations are open for participation of the Multisectoral Mission to Uruguay. It will take place in Montevideo, between the 12th and 15th of August of this year.

This event is the continuation of a process developed in Uruguay where every year it is intended to maintain a corporate presence in the province of Cordoba for both finding business opportunities and for the continuation of negotiations already developed.

Economic Support for the Event

It will assist with 50% of the cost of the travel package comprising: air, accommodation and airport-hotel-airport transfer to one (1) representative per company in double room (shared). / It will assist with a refund of up to ($ 2,285) after the end of the event.

Prerequisites to integrate the Delegation:

1. To submit - original and signed (by mail or in person) - the registration form and the original of the assistance program attached.

2. Proof of hiring of a travel insurance

3. Once the participation is approved by the coordinator, hire the travel services, airport-hotel-airport transfers to the suggested travel agent or another according to your convenience and inform the coordinator flight dates and hotel staying.

Recommendations: 

  •  To read the Assistance Program carefully where the requirements for registration and refund request are set.
  • The suggested hotel is where the Coordinator will stay for any questions you want to make during the mission. The prices in the suggested travel agency will remain in force only for a few days after this notice.
  • The sooner you meet the requirements for registration, the sooner the data will be sent to the embassy to prepare the agendas of each participating company.
  •  It is necessary to have personal documentation in full force and in good condition for trips outside the country.
  • It will be scheduled a date for the PREVIOUS MEETING about a week before traveling to coordinate all movements and the doubts that may arise, that date shall be established promptly.
  • The delegation will settle for the first (12) companies whose profile are considered appropiate for the delegation and complete all steps in the registration process, within the deadlines.

REGISTRATION DEADLINE: July 18, 2014 or until the the established quota covering 12 companies is completed.
