Agencia ProCórdoba, the Cordoba Chamber of Metallurgical Industries and Components and the Federal Council of Investments (CFI) are realizing a round of international negotiations in the biennial exhibition MetalExpo 2011. This specialized in Metallurgy event opened today at the Forja Premises, in Cordoba Capital, and it will last until Saturday, September 24.
The program scheduled for today a business round that was held from 9:00 am to 12:40. At 1:00 pm a welcome cocktail party took place for the attendance and at 3:00 pm the opening ceremony took place. Tomorrow, Friday 23, the business round will be held from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm.
8 international players from producing and importing companies in the industry, distributors and / or business partners participate in the round. Companies from Pakistan, Ecuador, Uruguay, Bolivia, Mexico and Brazil demand the following products from local businesses: tools in general, lathes, cutters, pumps, measurement and control devices, water tanks, bending and folding devices, hydraulic parts and equipment parts, and pneumatic equipment and parts thereof, machinery and equipment for the metalworking industry, welding devices, industrial safety elements, electrodes, power tools, among others.
Besides, there are 54 local firms that have the opportunity to participate in rounds and show your offer. There, local and international entrepreneurs will be able to exchange proposals on which basis, make business together.
This activity has a comprehensive proposal that combines business meetings with technical visits to companies, which gives both local and foreign companies the opportunity to show their potential and their own products.

This exhibition has been consecrated as one of the largest for the sector in the interior of the country. In this edition, more than 170 companies are exhibiting their products will gain access to training and to close national and/or international trade agreements. The organization reported that 60 percent of registered firms in our country come from the province of Buenos Aires and 40 percent from Cordoba, with some other representatives from Santa Fe.
