1)     Purchases of up to US Dollars 10,000

2)    Provisions between US Dollars 10,000 and US Dollars 100,000

The organizers follow a competitive tendering process by inviting a minimum of suppliers to obtain a contract.

3)    Participation exceeding US Dollars 100,000

It is originated through an open and competitive process that includes prequalification and request for proposals.

All open tenders are published in the TORONTO 2015  site, and in addition, you can find more details of them through the MERX system.

Suppliers are selected based on the following criteria:

• Total cost of ownership (price, delivery logistics, storage, etc.).
• Capacity to deliver goods and services.
• Quality.
• Innovation in the solution provided by the supplier.
• Supply chain and the practices of diversity in employment.
