The New Project to Strengthen Industrial Competitiveness in 2 years will allow the SMEs of Córdoba to create, implement and certify their quality management, environmental and / or occupational safety and health systems; with a firm view towards business excellence.

The project is aimed at companies in the Province of Córdoba with the following characteristics and interests:

 * They plan to incorporate quality, environmental and / or occupational safety and health management and its strategic plan.

* They need to improve their competitiveness; from its (productive and non-productive) processes, to solve environmental problems and / or safety of people (employees).

* They seek to satisfy demands of suppliers and / or internal and external customers.

* They want to reduce losses associated with resource use and costs of treatment of solid, liquid and gaseous waste.

* They request to minimize the risks associated with the management of people (workers).

* They need to correct mistakes that originated complaints or internal, customer, supplier or community grievances, among others.
