Os laços com a Holanda e a União Europeia ficam cada vez mais estreitos

On 10th November, the seminar “Business Strategies to enter the Netherlands and the European Union” was held. It was jointly organized by the area of Technical and Commercial Information,  the area of Cooperation and International Relations of ProCórdoba Agency, the Netherlands Embassy and Exportar Foundation. A large audience also participated in the seminar.

In the morning, the managers of ProCórdoba Agency welcomed the members of the Netherlands Embassy and the Centre for the Promotion of Imports from developing countries (internationally known by its Dutch acronym CBI) and the representative of Exportar Foundation, with the aim of strengthening ties and sharing knowledge. 

Then, after the welcome address given by the General Manager of ProCórdoba Agency, Roberto Rossotto, and the gratefulness of Curijn Marinus Hasselaar, Economic Counsellor of the Netherlands Embassy, the seminar was held in the basement of the Ministry of Industry, Commerce, Mining and Scientific and Technological Development. Nico Smid and Antonius Willemse, CBI members, worked as trainers.

The first point addressed was the presentation of the CBI program in charge of Nico Samid. Then, Antonius talked about Branding and Communication and the following topics were developed: brand positioning and effective communication with prospective clients. Finally, he spoke on the Participation in fairs and gave a lecture on: successful strategies, selling techniques, pressure selling, sales pitch, the buyer's mind, among others.
