  • The move aims at carrying out various cooperation actions to stimulate innovation and internationalization in Córdoba.

Córdoba City's Mayor Daniel Passerini led the signing of a cooperation agreement between the city's Córdoba Acelera agency and ProCórdoba Agency. The agreement aims to drive international relations and export promotion actions, as well as to disseminate information regarding the competitive and comparative advantages of the province of Córdoba.

One of items covered by the agreement is stepping up concerted work and joint efforts to attract investments and showcase not only Córdoba's goods and services, but also their competitive advantages, to markets worldwide.

The document was signed the agencies' presidents: Mariela Bercovich, on behalf of Córdoba Acelera, and Pablo de Chiara, on behalf of ProCórdoba.

"This agreement consolidates the path we are treading to promote the economic growth, innovation and internationalization of Córdoba," expressed Passerini.

For her part, Córdoba Acelera's president Mariela Bercovich noted, "This opens up an opportunity for both the City and the Province to showcase the Córdoba brand, and to coordinate efforts to attract investments and present our productive sectors to the world."

Along the same lines, ProCórdoba Agency's president Pablo de Chiara said, "We believe this is the route to strengthening the economy and letting investors know about Córdoba's capabilities."

The Córdoba Acelera and ProCórdoba agencies are also working on outbound and inbound trade missions to boost the internationalization of the city's industrial clusters.
